| Nachschärfen ist genausowenig eine Sünde wie filtern wenn es bedachtsam gemacht wird d.h. dass keine Halos entstehen aber auch keine Details verschluckt werden. |

| Criterion hat sowohl die längere Version als auch den besseren Bildstand. Und lieber leicht nachgeschärft als zu weich wie bei der deutschen! |

| Wow! The image on the criterion disc looks digitally over processed, full of digital artefacting, noise and sharpening. Judging by the screen grabs here Fox's video transfer conveys a far more natural film like apperance(and colors) with an overall smoother image, and finer grain structure. |

| Sehr merkwürdig, daß Criterion eine derart pixelige Blu-ray abliefert. Wie freedomland schon angemerkt hat, könnte das auf ein etwas übertriebenes Nachschärfen zurückzuführen sein. Auch der Kontrast scheint mir etwas arg steil, schaut Euch z.B. mal die Wolken in Bild 8 an. |

| Interessant, dass beide ähnliche Blockartefakte haben. Ist das vielleicht derselbe Transfer nur, dass CC etwas nachgeschärft hat? |
